World's biggest book review
Tell us about your favourite book that you read in this year's challenge, and be part of the world’s biggest book review.
Follow these steps to enter:
- Make a short video telling us about your favourite book (no longer than 1 minute). Refer to the guidelines (PDF, 143KB) on how to produce a video.
- Upload the video, via the school's Facebook administration officer, to your school's Facebook page using #bigbookreview.
- Submit your details using the online application form including the video link.
All entries received by Friday 16 August 2019 will go into the draw to win 10 x $30 Booktopia vouchers.
Entry is open to all students attending a state or non-state school.

QSuper has a fantastic opportunity for two schools to win a full day visit from Queensland children’s author, Aleesah Darlison.
Aleesah will deliver three talks or workshops to the winning schools, which can be chosen to suit the needs of your students. There are also eight $500 book voucher prizes to be won.

Queensland Ballet workshops
Queensland Ballet will be visiting kindergartens and childcare centres across Brisbane to share the wonder of storytelling and movement, through delightful play-based workshops as part of the 2019 Premier’s Reading Challenge.
Held during Book Week from 12-23 August 2019, these interactive workshops for two to five year old’s will bring stories to life from the Premier’s Reading Challenge early childhood book list, igniting imaginations and inspiring a passion for reading and dance.
